This initiative offers individuals diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis a variety of products aimed at enhancing their safety, dignity, mobility, and independence. These items are provided free of charge to qualified individuals and are shipped straight to their homes.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can either call the helpline or visit the website. Applications can be submitted online or downloaded from the website for the Equipment Distribution Program, with products shipped directly to the client.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals with Multiple Sclerosis can apply for equipment every three years.
