This initiative delivers non-medical attendant care, homemaker services, light housekeeping, and respite care to assist seniors in preserving their independence at home, serving as an alternative to nursing home residency. It is designed for individuals whose income or assets exceed the Medicaid waiver thresholds. Translation services are available in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, call, email, or fax their inquiries - the CBC application can be found on the website.
