Ron Wood Family Resource Center

The F.I.R.E. and I.G.N.I.T.E. program focuses on developing emotional regulation skills in youth, enabling them to identify and understand their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Participants will explore how their behaviors influence their own lives and those of others around them. This program is offered in both Spanish and English.
