Offers loans to very low-income homeowners in Northern Nevada to assist with repairing, enhancing, or modernizing their residences. Additionally, grants are available for senior homeowners who are very low-income to help eliminate health and safety risks. Services are provided in both Spanish and English.

Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Loans require the homeowner to occupy the property, have a family income below 50% of the median, and be unable to secure affordable credit elsewhere. Grants are available for seniors aged 62 and above who cannot repay a repair loan. Both programs are limited to Northern Nevada residents.
