This program provides loans to assist very low-income homeowners in repairing, enhancing, or modernizing their residences. Additionally, it offers grants to senior homeowners who are very low-income to help eliminate health and safety risks. Available languages include Spanish and English.

Who can use this
- Loans require homeowners to live in the property, have a family income below 50% of the median, and be unable to secure affordable credit; grants are for seniors aged 62 and older who cannot repay a repair loan.
