About this resource
This facility provides short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care tailored for veterans. Long-term care encompasses support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, personal care, and engaging in activities that cater to veterans' unique interests, along with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Short-term care generally follows a hospital discharge and may include physical, occupational, or speech therapy. Memory care is designed to create a secure environment that promotes daily living activities for veterans suffering from dementia. Services are offered in English.

Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include Nevada Veterans, Active-Duty, Guard, and Reserve Service Members residing or employed in Nevada, along with their families, caregivers, and survivors.
