About this resource
Provides support for dressing, grooming, bathing, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, linen changes, assistance for Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Parkinson's, respite services, medication reminders, companionship, shopping and errands, transportation to appointments, and help with walking and transfers using a gait belt, Hoyer lift, or wheelchair. Available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Services can be accessed by walking in or making an appointment. For further details, call or check the website.
Fees: Medicaid accepted.
Who can use this
- Seniors aged 55 and older requiring help with daily living activities, pending Medicaid approval.
