This is a weekly workshop spanning 6 weeks that focuses on various topics such as managing frustration, fatigue, pain, and feelings of isolation, as well as suitable exercise, decision-making strategies, effective communication with family and peers, and nutritional guidance. The workshop is offered in both English and Spanish.
