About this resource
This service helps in gathering school and medical records, preparing and submitting due process hearing requests, and offering representation during early resolution sessions, mediations, and administrative hearings, as well as in Federal Court appeals. It advocates for the rights of children and their parents to secure a free and suitable public education as mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Available languages include Spanish and English.

Fees: There are no charges for this service.
