Families with an ALS diagnosis who are part of our case management system can receive reimbursement for non-medical respite care. Communication is available in English.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are required; please email for more details.
Fees: There are no associated fees.
Who can use this
- Must have an ALS diagnosis and be enrolled in our case management system, along with a preapproved care provider.
Documents you may need
- Receipts from approved respite provider. Prior approval from ALS of Nevada for respite reimbursement.
