About this resource
This initiative acts as a central access point for families and individuals, with or without children, who require housing support. Participants will undergo evaluations for all CCSS programs, which encompass services from the Continuum of Care and additional community resources through a method called Coordinated Intake. Available languages include Spanish and English.
