This program offers financial support for rent and related housing costs, available in both Spanish and English.
Application Process: Interested individuals can obtain applications from our website or visit our office locations.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- The housing financial assistance program issues checks to either the client or their landlord/mortgage company, with a maximum of $400.00 per month for single-person households and an extra $135.00 for each additional member. Assistance is limited to once every twelve months unless exceptions apply due to employment barriers or disabilities as defined by the Social Security Administration.
