About this resource
This is a six-week virtual class, facilitated by family caregivers, designed to help participants learn self-care techniques and discover useful resources for alleviating the stress associated with caregiving. In light of COVID-19, all sessions are conducted online, and this particular session is offered entirely in Spanish (Herramientas Poderosas Para Cuidadores). Please specify which session you wish to enroll in. Available languages include Spanish and English.
