This program hosts weekly support groups that unite individuals who share the experiences and challenges associated with depression or bipolar disorder. It is open to anyone with a background in mental health issues and their supporters, providing a secure and confidential setting to discuss and navigate both daily and long-term struggles related to mood disorders. Meetings take place on Zoom every Thursday, along with in-person gatherings. For further updates, participants can join the group chat at https://mewe.com/join/dbsa. The sessions are conducted in English.
