About this resource
A Peer Parent Advocate assists parents whose children have been taken by Child Protective Services. This includes case management services such as court attendance, advocacy, providing bus passes for CFT meetings, connecting with Certified Peer Parent Recovery Specialists, involvement in drug court, navigating the system, and mentoring in family court. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are required. Please call or email to schedule. *A doorbell viewing system is in place.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
Who can use this
- Children must have been removed from their home by Child Protective Services.
