About this resource
Provides a range of services including senior food programs (Senior Share and TEFAP), respite care for grandparents aged 55 and older who have full or partial guardianship of their grandchildren, Medicare options (which encompass prescription drug plans and additional assistance), and advocacy for individuals with disabilities. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
Intake Process: Reach out to the main office for an initial assessment, which is conducted by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled directly through the website: https://eastvalleyfamilyservices.org/book-east-valley-family-services/. A doorbell viewing system is utilized, directing clients in need of food to the food distribution warehouse.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and above and/or those with disabilities are eligible, but they must first complete an initial assessment to access services.
