About this resource
The program hosts monthly virtual sessions through Zoom for seniors and caregivers, addressing a wide array of crucial topics for successful aging, such as physical and mental well-being, financial security, social involvement, and advance care planning and caregiving. These complimentary sessions will take place every second Tuesday, commencing in July 2025. *Participants must register to obtain the Zoom link.
