About this resource
This grant is designed for individuals who are caring for seniors aged 60 or older residing in their household. It provides caregivers with the chance to take a break by arranging for someone to come to their home for a few hours each week, enrolling their loved one in a daycare program, or, when needed, placing them in a care community for a short duration. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Interested parties should call to join the waiting list, after which a phone interview will be conducted to assess eligibility. Applications can be sent via email, mail, or fax.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this grant.
Who can use this
- This program is for caregivers of seniors 60 and older living in the same home, with no age limit for those diagnosed with Dementia.
