About this resource
This program offers sessions tailored for individuals, families, and groups, with a particular emphasis on supporting Veterans and First Responders dealing with PTSD, survivors of domestic abuse, violence, trauma, and trafficking, as well as recovering addicts and at-risk youth and teens. The initiatives include parenting programs, team building, leadership training, and family unification, all aimed at enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence while alleviating stress, anxiety, and depression. Participants receive assistance in coping, building resilience, managing grief, and anger management. Services may be provided at no cost if grant-funded or at a reduced rate, but insurance is not accepted. Available languages include English.
Intake Procedure: Appointments are necessary, and inquiries can be made via email.
Fees: A sliding scale is in place.
Who can use this
- Participants must be physically capable of engaging in the program.
Documents you may need
- Veterans are required to provide a DD-214 and referral letter or letter from a therapist. Others are required to attend an evaluation session and fill out an intake form to discuss if services are a good fit.
