About this resource
This initiative allows a dedicated group of attorneys and advocates at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada to deliver a variety of legal services aimed at protecting the economic and legal interests of employees in hotels, casinos, and other qualifying sectors, along with their families. The program provides complimentary legal assistance in areas such as Immigration Matters, Simple Estate Planning, Tenant’s Rights and Evictions, Debt Collection and Related Legal Issues, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Consultations, Criminal Record Sealing, Family Law Forms and Information, and IRS Tip Compliance Issues. Services are available in Spanish and English.
