This service provides extensive representation in family court, primarily aiding victims of violence, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those who have limited English proficiency. Attorneys represent clients at hearings to enforce protective orders and handle divorce and custody cases. Language support includes translation services in Spanish and English.
Intake Process: For non-emergency situations, individuals should attend a free legal education class to learn how to apply. Those facing urgent issues can reach out via phone or email or visit during walk-in hours.
