This service provides same-day virtual urgent and primary care for suitable non-emergency issues to individuals located in Nevada during the consultation. Patients can engage in secure phone or video appointments with a licensed, board-certified physician from Nevada. Services may encompass the assessment and management of common illnesses, follow-up for chronic conditions, medication refills, preventive advice, and documentation for work or school when clinically justified. However, prescriptions are not assured, and controlled substances will not be prescribed. Patients who need testing, imaging, emergency services, in-person evaluations, or specialist referrals may be directed to the appropriate facilities. *MYMDPHONE does not handle emergency situations or prescribe controlled substances. In cases of chest pain, severe breathing difficulties, signs of a stroke, or other life-threatening emergencies, dial 911. Available languages include English.
