About this resource
Family Support Groups provide free, peer-led support for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals dealing with mental illness. Participants can learn from the experiences and successes of others in similar situations. These support groups are available both online (currently on hold) and in-person. Available languages include English and Spanish.
