About this resource
This service caters to adults and seniors with medical and physical disabilities during daytime hours. It offers a variety of services such as nursing care, daily therapeutic activities, entertainment, podiatry, mental health referrals, meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks), hearing screenings, an annual flu/pneumonia vaccination clinic, incontinent care, and transportation assistance. Available languages include Spanish, Tagalog, English, and Filipino.
Intake Process: Reach out to the intake coordinator at the nearest facility.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 18 and above are eligible, but the program does not accommodate wanderers, bedridden individuals, or those exhibiting physical or verbal aggression, nor does it accept cases requiring specific nursing skills like trach suctioning, catheter insertion, or IV care.
