About this resource
This initiative provides non-medical attendant care, homemaking, light housekeeping, and respite services to assist seniors in remaining independent in their homes as an alternative to nursing home care. It is designed for individuals whose income or assets are slightly above the Medicaid waiver thresholds. Language support includes access to translation services in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Intake Procedure: You can apply by walking in, calling, emailing, or faxing; the CBC application is available on the website.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the services.
