This program delivers non-medical personal and attendant care, homemaking, light cleaning, respite care, assisted living services, modifications for environmental accessibility, personal emergency response systems, companionship, meal delivery, specialized medical equipment, and case management for adults with physical disabilities. Language assistance is available through translation services.
Intake Process: Individuals can apply by walking in, calling, emailing, or faxing; the OCL application can be found on the website.
Costs: There are no fees associated with these services.
