This program offers free nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health and social services. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Participants can walk in or call for more information.
Fees: There are no fees associated with the program.
Who can use this
- The program is available to income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk; fathers of children under 5 are also encouraged to enroll.

- *Proof of identity: Adults: one of the following Photo ID, birth certificate, or Medicaid card Children: one of the following immunization record, hospital birth record, birth certificate, or Medicaid card *Proof of Residency *Proof of income
