About this resource
This program assesses patients for cervical and breast cancer, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, diabetes, thyroid issues, colonoscopy, osteoporosis, hormone therapy, as well as urinary and fecal incontinence. It also includes Aspirin prophylaxis to help lower the risk of stroke. Language support is available through translation services in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Appointment required.
Fees: Based on a sliding scale.
