About this resource
This initiative provides furnished condominium units in a discreet location for unaccompanied youth dealing with homelessness. Participants are assigned a case manager who assists with essential needs such as food, clothing, education, and job readiness. The program aims to help these young individuals transition into adulthood and achieve self-sufficiency. It is specifically designed for those without a stable living situation. To receive a housing assessment, individuals can visit the NPHY Drop-In Center, where walk-ins are accepted from 9 AM to 12 PM, and appointments are recommended after 1 PM. Services are available in both Spanish and English.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants are youth aged 15 1/2 to 20, who must enter the program through the Southern Nevada Homelessness Continuum of Care (CoC) Youth Coordinated Entry System.
