About this resource
This service caters to adults and seniors who are functionally frail or have mental and physical impairments, including conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson's disease. It combines therapeutic social, recreational, and nutritional activities with family support services aimed at delaying or preventing the need for institutional care. The facility has full-time nursing staff available and offers services in both Spanish and English.
