About this resource
This initiative delivers essential home repairs and safety upgrades for eligible low-income homeowners, specifically targeting seniors aged 60 and above, individuals deemed disabled by federal standards, and veterans. The types of repairs include HVAC systems (heating and air conditioning), major plumbing issues, water heater repairs or replacements, and roof repairs. All services are performed by licensed and bonded contractors, with repairs contingent on available funding. Services are offered in both Spanish and English.

Who can use this
