This initiative provides minor accessibility enhancements for low-income seniors aged 60 and above, which may include grab bars, railings, and fire safety equipment like smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors. Services are available in both Spanish and English.

Who can use this
- Seniors aged 62 and older who meet HUD's low-income criteria and have been homeowners for at least one year.
