About this resource
Delivers skilled nursing care encompassing a broad spectrum of both basic and complex services right in the client's residence. These services include wound care, assessments for home safety, medication inventory and review, injections, catheter management, G-tube/J-tube care, I.V. antibiotic blood draws, evaluations before and after surgery, high-tech infusions, and diabetes management. Available languages include English, Spanish, and Tagalog.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an in-home evaluation with a doctor or medical personnel.
Fees: Covered 100% by Medicare.

- Eligible individuals must be enrolled in Medicare.
