Sahara Home Health

This program delivers organized training and support from occupational therapists, providing therapy services at home. It includes customized therapy plans, alternative bathing techniques, the use of adaptive devices, stair training, orthotics training, assistance with daily living needs, strength and dexterity exercises, and neuro-developmental training. Services are available in English, Spanish, and Tagalog.

Intake Procedure: Contact us for a home evaluation with a Doctor or medical professional.

Fees: Medicare fully covers the costs.
