About this resource
This initiative provides scattered-site housing along with case management and supportive services aimed at helping homeless individuals and families. It includes offerings such as life skills training, educational counseling, therapy, job assistance, bus passes, child care support, and personalized planning. Available in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Requires a referral from the Coordinated Entry Community Queue.
Fees: No cost; 30% of income will be charged once the individual secures employment.
Who can use this
- Individuals, couples, single parents, and families experiencing homelessness; ages 18 to 24 residing in emergency shelters or on the streets, must complete a Coordinated Entry Housing Assessment at designated access points.
