About this resource
This 14-hour program includes two outings that allow youth to engage in career exploration and other independent living activities. It is designed to be interactive and addresses key areas such as housing, employment, financial management, community resources, and education, with different offerings tailored to various abilities and age groups. Telehealth and Zoom meetings are provided to ensure adherence to social distancing guidelines. The program is available in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: Participants can join through walk-ins or by scheduling an appointment. For further information, contact via phone or email.
Fees: A sliding scale is applied.

- Youth ages 14 to 19.
