About this resource
This initiative provides complimentary legal assistance to individuals aged 60 and above in various domains such as basic estate planning, durable powers of attorney for healthcare and financial decisions, healthcare directives, consumer matters, prevention of elder abuse and exploitation, fraud victims support, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security benefits. Services are available in both Spanish and English.

Who can use this
- Seniors aged 60 and above living in Clark, Nye, Lincoln, or Esmeralda counties in Southern Nevada.
