The home health team focuses on fostering independence and ensuring safety in personal care. They provide help with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and light meal preparation or housekeeping. Additionally, services include physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing care, post-surgery assistance, wound care, disease management, pain management, dietary support, social services, physician consultations, as well as spiritual and grief counseling. Translation services are available, primarily in English.
