Capability Health

This initiative offers adults with physical and/or intellectual disabilities, regardless of their skill levels, a chance to gain work experience aimed at securing employment in the community or at our facility. Participants can earn a minimum wage while involved in the program. Trainers are available to meet individuals at community sites or provide transportation to work locations. Our job development program includes assessments to identify suitable job matches for each participant. We also assist with resume writing and job application processes, ensuring staff accompany individuals during interviews and onboarding. Languages available: English.
