This program offers free nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding assistance, and referrals to health and social services. Available languages include English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Participants can walk in or schedule an appointment.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- The program is available to income-eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to age 5 who face nutritional risks; fathers of children under 5 are also encouraged to enroll.
