This program delivers a variety of non-medical support services such as personal and attendant care, homemaking, light cleaning, respite care, home-assisted living services, modifications for accessibility, a personal emergency response system, companionship, meal delivery, specialized medical equipment, and case management specifically for adults with physical disabilities. Translation services are available for different languages.
