About this resource
This service provides non-medical assistance, such as attendant care, homemaking, light housekeeping, and respite care, to help seniors maintain their independence at home as an alternative to nursing home care. It is aimed at individuals whose income or assets are slightly above the Medicaid waiver thresholds. Translation services are available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can apply by walking in, calling, emailing, or faxing, with the CBC application accessible on the website.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
