About this resource
This service offers home delivery of lunch meals to seniors who are unable to attend on-site meals due to health conditions or disabilities. **Temporary modifications due to COVID-19: Meals are also available for seniors self-isolating because of COVID, with no need for a qualifying medical reason—just the COVID situation. Languages available: English.
Intake Process: Call for details. A home visit is required, and an intake form must be completed. You may need to provide information from your healthcare provider to verify your homebound status.
Fees: A suggested donation of $3.00 per meal is requested.
Who can use this
- Seniors aged 60 and above living within the service area, with a qualifying medical reason for being homebound.
