About this resource
This initiative provides support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and families to access long-term services and community supports, irrespective of their income or age. It also offers help in completing necessary paperwork for programs such as SNAP, Medicaid, and the Weatherization and Energy Assistance Program. Translation services are available in English.
