About this resource
This initiative provides support to older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, veterans, and families, irrespective of their income or age, in accessing long-term services and community supports. It also offers help with completing necessary paperwork for programs like SNAP, Medicaid, and the Weatherization and Energy Assistance Program. Language support is available, including translation services in English.
