About this resource
The C3 team consists of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Human Services Case Manager who engage with individuals under 18 in the community dealing with mental, emotional, substance-related, or suicidal crises. They help these youths connect with community services and resources to overcome barriers contributing to their crisis and offer ongoing case management and follow-up support. For referrals, contact 775-463-6620. Services are available in English.
Intake Procedure: Call for information.
Fees: No Fee.
