Lyon County Human Services

This program delivers case management and support for individuals aiming to purchase a home, achieve housing independence, or those who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. It also focuses on identifying and helping to overcome barriers to housing stability, enhancing access to community resources and support, and engaging in collaborative goal setting to promote long-term housing stability for individuals and families. Services are available in English.
