The program conducts evidence-based evaluations to assess needs and care levels, offering focused case management, prevention and early intervention strategies, research-supported parent education regarding substance use, and comprehensive service connections for youth and families in Lyon County who are impacted by opioid use disorder (OUD) or are at risk of developing it. Services are available in English.
