Food Bank Of Northern Nevada

The Produce on Wheels initiative is dedicated to making healthy and nutritious food accessible to individuals who may struggle to afford it, particularly those living on a fixed income. This program distributes fresh produce to clients residing in senior living facilities and community centers throughout northern Nevada. At each distribution event, seniors receive small, manageable portions of a diverse selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Most locations conduct distributions several times a month, and participants are encouraged to attend each event at their designated site. Services are available in both Spanish and English.
