About this resource

The Ryan White Part A Program provides services such as eligibility and medical case management, medical transportation, Health Education Risk Reduction (HERR), medical nutrition therapy, and food bank/home delivered meals. The Ryan White Part B Program includes eligibility, non-medical case management, assistance with health insurance premiums and cost-sharing for low-income individuals, the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), medical transportation, HERR, food bank/home delivered meals, and medical nutritional therapy. Additionally, the Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) Program offers case management, food bank/home delivered meals, medical nutrition therapy, and health education in both Spanish and English. The intake procedure can be completed through walk-ins or by appointment via phone, email, or the website. There are no fees for these services.

Who can use this

To qualify for the Ryan White Part A program, applicants must be residents of Clark, Mojave, or Nye County, have an income at or below 400% of the federal poverty level, and provide proof of HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Ryan White Part B requires Nevada residency, an income at or below 400% FPL, and an HIV/AIDS diagnosis. For the HOPWA program, applicants must reside in Clark County, have an income at or below 80% of the area median income, and have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis.
